Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas
We deliver our products throughout mainland France (and/or overseas territories), Europe, and internationally.
For any orders outside these areas, please contact us directly at anabystore.contact@gmail.com for a personalized quote.

2. Order Processing Times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), after payment validation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

3. Delivery Methods and Times

Pick-up at a collection point (if offered) 3 to 5 business days [e.g., €3.90] or free depending on the basket.

Internationally, taxes and fees will be calculated on the total amount due.

Delays are provided for informational purposes only. Delays may occur beyond our control (strikes, bad weather, carrier surcharges, etc.).

4. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are automatically calculated at the time of ordering and depend on the method chosen and the total basket amount.
Free delivery on orders over [e.g., €60] (France only).

5. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track your order.

6. Delivery Issues
Package not received: If your order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, contact us at anabystore.contact@gmail.com

Incorrect address: If there is an error in the address provided by the carrier, If the customer returns the order, the order may be returned to the sender. Reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

7. Returns for Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable situation (prolonged absence, incorrect address, package not collected from a collection point), the customer will be notified by email.
They may request a reshipment (at their own expense) or a refund excluding shipping costs.
